“We came in for lunch and drinks as were visiting family and Yates was recommended to us by a family member. We had a really nice meal and drinks and the bar and seating was lovely and spacious.
We were served by Rosie who I believe was the manager, she was very knowledgeable about the drinks and recommended several options which we very much enjoyed ? She then checked several times that everything was ok and was just lovely….so friendly and personable. I have experienced mediocre service before elsewhere so it was just so refreshing to be served by someone like Rosie who obviously takes pride in what she does.
Meals were fresh and hot and it was just a really good and relaxing experience. We will definitely visit again when we come to Colchester and recommend you to friends and other family. Thanks so much.”

“Friday night the club has live music, it is great to see some really good acts such as the Rhythm Rockits and Old School. This is such a cool retro club for people of all ages, there is a dance floor and some lovely glowing tables.”
