I was served yesterday by a member of staff who was very rude. I was waiting at the children's till with my daughter who is a toddler (limited window of patience) We waited and no staff came. I then spotted a lady come through a doorway, I said "do you work on this one?" She didn't respond politely... simply rolled her eyes and came over VERY ANNOYED and frustrated with me. Customer Service was awful and non-existent she made me feel terrible. Then pushed my items across the counter and said "YOUR WELCOME" I had no choice but to report her to the main till and asked for the manager (Karen?) who was not available. Really do not expect that experience when you pay premium prices in a store such as NEXT. Such a shame she let her own anger spill-out on to a customer.

Awfull service from Cheryl. Was queuing up in children section to return an item. Cheryl (name on badge) was serving one lady and I was standing there waiting all time. After she finished completely ignored me, went om side to do something on her tablet. I was still waiting thinking maybe she needs to do something 5-7min later young girl come up to help me out and only then Cheryl come up saying "I can do that, just trying to do that quiz ". Really ??? I just was shocked how you can just ignore customer.
