Terrible service. Tried to take a blouse for my daughter that shrunk in first wash. The supervisor clearly couldn't be bothered we showed on bank statement but no receipt. But new look brand.

Was served by a very rude staff member today, I believe her name is Hope as that?s what it says on receipt. If a customer is asking you to check for a right size on your computer then kindly do so without telling them that all the sizes of a particular item would hang where they were taken from, as that?s not always the case due to items being left everywhere by other customers. A multiple number of times I had to ask this lady to check if size is in stock. All she had to do is check it without making extra not needed comments, which made me very upset and stressed. Furthermore she then asked me if I could take the dress back where I took it from, which I would have done without being asked, but after the question raised I just lost it! Absolutely disgusting attitude. Train your staff! People come to spend money at your stores at the end of the day, however with attitude like this you will loose your customers as there is plenty of other choice of shops nowadays!!!

Was in your store today, was served by a lady called Zania. As I approached the till, she whispered something the colleague next to her and served me in a detrimental manner, I found this rude and humiliating.Operator number on my receipt is 5972061
