Came into the branch today for a statement. They opened bang on opening time, the person who opened the door instantly asked if a young lady would like help with her pram getting up the stairs instead of walking away. Branch was very clean and spacious. Very polite gentleman greeted me and asked what I was there for today. Very nice lady called Jane Milli helped me today and even though it was a simple request still managed to go above and beyond in helping me. If I could give 6 stars for service I would have. I literally can't think of a way to have improved my experience.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my wallet stolen on the High st. Subsequently , I went in to cancel my cards . Cheryl dealt with the situation so well- she was helpful and so very understanding. Thank you. It made a horrible experience so much easier to deal with.

Not a good place, deplorable treatment of my wife who ordered and got new bank card but never received new pin, she had to go in and ask for another 1, she was told she had to bank online, absolute nonsense these people need to be trained properly, I hope she eventually gets new pin or else we will close all our accounts

Very bad service. Me and my husband decided to open joint account in this bank and booked appointment.Were waiting for appointment few weeks. That day husband took day off on work. We have newborn baby, take her with us, bring a lot of documents. Lady manager was talking nicely, took many copies of our documents, we signed contract Waiting weeks, our cards never come, not even letter. Today husband came to the bank to speak with them. New lady said It is nothing in the system. Account not opened, all our papers missing, husband asked Where is lady we had appointment with her? They said She is not at work now and they can not help. Rude, not polite, not professional people work in this bank. Service is pathetic! Nat West, you are not deserve even 1 star. It was my first experience with you, and it is so bad impression I have now. I am highly not recommend this place, Nat West Colchester brunch.. Not recommend
