Price Match promise...what a joke. I Found tyres cheaper elsewhere despite online National tyres agent saying go to branch they will Match went in branch was met by 2 people who clearly couldn't be bothered to be there and was told "we can't Match the price it's to cheap" bit pointless having a price match promise really!! It used to be a good garage but since being taken over by Halfords terrible place.

Called in today with a puncture to the front tyre, the team were busy but managed to fit me in and change the tyre for me as they knew I had nowhere else to go. Thanks very much guys for your help, I will be back for tyres in the future. Much appreciated your help today.

Won't be using National Tyres again. Cost me more than the quoted price and they stated that I couldn't use my Blue Light even though it clearly states code can be applied at checkout. Nothing says that the tyres must be ordered online.

I always had great service from the team here. I was a new car owner and I felt really looked after. I was really happy with the full car service they did. They are so nice, professional and honest. And they were always happy to answer any questions I had and to fit me in as soon as possible.

Two stars for having a tyre and changing it. However, I would not go back as I ended up having to over-pay.I selected and paid for a tyre on their website using their car-tyre look-up. Only to be told that was the wrong tyre, and that the look-up was not to be trusted and that the right tyre of the same make was £80 more expensive.I chose a cheaper tyre for £140 and, having paid, £86 already was expecting to pay the £54 difference, however, when I came to pay I was told the difference was £76.This seems to be a system, rather than human, error (although the human could not understand my rationale on the price) as it was all done through the computer.From the e-receipt that came after I can see that the £10 discount I got online meant the computer decided I'd only paid £76 for the first tyre and so charged me that back (i.e. I lost the discount).I have no idea where the other £12 comes from but it seems the company is set up to overcharge and rip customers off.

Where do I start.Had my car over a month, only to find nothing has been fixed. It?s actually worse than when it went In. The somehow managed to break the touchscreen radio screen, lose the battery bracket, leave things undone and not finish the job.Wouldn?t trust any of these here lazy, can?t be bothered attitude. Stay clear!

Super helpful and friendly. They couldn't fit me in one afternoon, so I went the following morning really early and they didn't charge me to do my tracking to make up for it, how lovely is that!? . Also there's a lovely walk along the river while you wait.

Absolutely awful service and lack customer service and knowledge. Phoned up on Thursday to see if I can get my tyre repaired and spoke to Kieran on the phone and he said he can get me in for Saturday at 8:30. I turn up for my appointment for someone called Chris telling me that there is no booking and huff and puff saying it?s just him and another Staff member and he will have to do, he wasn?t happy about that. Collected my car later on and alls fine. I didn?t drive my car until yesterday (Monday) after 6 miles down the road I get a warning on my dash ?tyre sensors not detected?. This was a new problem. I called them up to speak to Chris again who just doesn?t sound interested in the slightest and said to check all the tyre pressures and it?ll go away but if not bring it back that day and they?ll look at it. Thankfully I have a portable machine and found out the tyre that they repaired was 7 PSI over the stated pressure. The fault still on my dash so I head back to the garage to see Chris again bear In mind he was the one that told me to come in if the warning was on my dash still and again all stressed as he doesn?t know what?s happened and thinks that the fitter have hit the sensor and that he?s not anyone and that the part will need to be ordered. He took my details and said he will call me that day. Guess what, no call. I called before they closed and it was Chris again and he just said ?oh I forgot to call you? he haven?t ordered the part as he doesn?t know how to and needs to wait until today for his assistant manager to order it and will be fitted today as he have more staff on. He even had the Audacity to ask me to source the part and they fit it. I told him no chance. So today have come and guess what AGAIN, no contact even though I said that I need him to let me know ASAP. I work in the community and use my car on a daily basis and the warning on the dash constant dings and flashes and the useless people that work in that garage are just incompetent and useless. No customer skills and if it?s not a straight forward job then not bothered or to even correct the fault that THEY made. Save you time and effort and go elsewhere

Brilliant customer service! I booked a tyre check, and this was completed almost immediately after I arrived. Also, the engineer not only provided useful advice about the condition of my tyres but also the relevant legislation about their condition.
