Always a pretty long wait time at this Nando?s however the food was very good last night. Generally all staff here are good however Jack was amazing, he was very friendly and went above and beyond for us multiple times!

Big place and looks good. We visited on a sat and was not that busy. One of the server was passive aggressive and clueless. They also ran out of chicken at 10pm. Not impressed at all.

An amazing visit to Colchester for my son and three friends to celebrate his birthday. They had their own table, we sat across the restaurant. Their food was delivered quickly during a busy lunch service, staff were amazingly attentive and they helped with our cake too. Thanks to all at Tollgate for your help, fantastic service and kindness. Really a great place to celebrate. Thank you.

Definitely needs to be bigger for the volume of customers (depends what time you come), but very nice food and in a convenient location!

Everything you can expect from Nandos!
Friendly waitress, food arrived fast and it was delicious. It was an busy hour so we had to wait for a little while, but I saw waitress was working hard towards preparing tables and making more seating!

This is a nice place during the day, but God forbid you come for dinner time or Sunday. Expect a line out the door people rushing around.

Nandos..this one is probably the same as the rest of them. High volume and high margins and focus on the food comes very much last.
The place was cold, aircon made we want to leave faster than I was comfortable with.
It?s a conveyor belt chicken place, if you like fast (ours took 34 mins to arrive) food in a DIY style you won?t be disappointed.
