I hired a suit, but when I got home and opened the bag, only the shirt was inside. No jacket, no trousers, no tie.
I called the shop immediately to let them know, and not only was there no apology, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in offering a solution.
I wouldn?t recommend it based on this experience.

We went to this store on Saturday for our appointment to get the suit hire sorted for our wedding. The whole appointment was awful. The sales assistant appeared to be lacking in training (not his fault) and there was not the opportunity to see anyone in a full suit of the chosen colour or even the right style.
The availability of sizes to try on was shocking and limited. We were reassured longer length waistcoats and jackets and shirts with longer sleeves could be ordered (once we had paid for them) but they would only arrive 1 week before our wedding giving no opportunity to resolve issues if they didn't fit. We were told items could be ordered in slightly earlier if they were in stock but again we would have to pay before we knew if they would fit.
This shop used to be the go to place for suit hire but I would definitely consider other options in the town.

Lovely suits, although being given a price wasn't enough because on two different occasions after first bit of money was spent, they then decided they wanna charge extra for more fees for a hire because they refused a return. Wouldn't recommend, anything for money in their back pocket in my opinion

Had the fitting done for my wedding suit and had to hire accessories, then went to return and they want to charge late fees because I didn't have the bag, but with the initial discussion about the hire nothing was said about returning the bag, even on the order receipt it says nothing about it. Very quick to take your money but not as quick to fully explain what they expect back. They want you to read the fine print like as if you don't have other things to be doing to get ready for the wedding. Overall sloppy service.

Evening guys. So I went to this lovely store in Colchester last week, just before starting a new job in London
I had a gentleman called Nathan helping me on the day; who is probably one of the most helpful accommodating members of staff I've ever met.
He was very helpful, and a brilliant member of the team.
The manager also was a credit to the store and even paying at the end was fun, who would have thought?
Im not one to usually write up a review, but i had to on this occasion.
Also the smart wear I got from there was 10/10 and I?ll be back there soon to see you both.

So we recently visited a different moss bro store and wasn?t given the time of day , but yesterday we visited the one in Colchester and we had a completed different experience Calvin was very helpful and respectful at the same time would definitely visit this store again ????

Came here to get a suit for royal ascot. Great staff, served by Calvin who was in charge and he was both friendly and attentive. Didn?t feel pressured at any point. My man has a good eye for accessories.
