The place was rammed on Black Friday but everything was working well. Food good and hot, acceptable order turnaround time given half of Essex were in there getting a burger. Clean tables. Thanks!

Used the drive-thru and it was fast and efficient service with friendly, helpful staff.

Parking was an absolute nightmare - we got stuck in the drive thru lane and all the disabled spaces were then full. Fortunately, the food arrived very quickly and was piping hot. The toilets need a serious refurbishment as they are tired and worn.
Parking: Complicated road system and, as it was very busy with no spaces in the disabled parking, we managed to end up in the drive through lane.
Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn't attempt it personally
