Waited 15 minutes after ordering in the drive-through queue, food didn't come out. Eventually parked the car up and went inside where my order hadn't even been prepared, but was eventually handed to me with no apology for the wait. Several other cars in the drive-through had this also. Always an issue when I visit this restaurant; either sloppy and lack-lustre service, food is cold or there's missing items.. avoid

McDonald's food looks beautiful in the TV and internet adverts. What does it look like in reality?
The effect is in the pictures below. I ordered a filet o fish. After unpacking the order from the bag, something started to feel wrong because the size of the bun was so small that I momentarily thought it was a child's version.
Out of curiosity, I decided to check it out more thoroughly. There was only half of one slice in my bun. The ordered filet o fish should contain 2 full slices of cheese (this is official information from the McDonald website).
This is another fraud and pathetic mockery on your part. For your information. the order was placed on Monday. at 3:03 pm. table number 145

Got home from drive thru and the kids meals were wrong again, 2 time in a month we live nearly 6 miles from this outlet and it was rush hour so I refused to spend another 40 mins each way in the car and ended up binning the orders and ordering from a completely different takeaway. I certainly won't be using this outlet again. Disgusting
