To me, this is some of the greatest McDonalds I have ever been to. The waiting times of orders are pretty fair, there is some bright access to other floors & even the tables get cleaned regularly by staff members
Wheelchair accessibility: Although there is a wheelchair toilet on the ground, there is unfortunately on average no elevator for them

I was waiting for my food and i was looking at it the whole time and I was waiting for a McFlurry and a milkshake and it took 40minuites and came melted and dry. For extras my burger I bought later on it was to meaty. What idioms.

My food stood getting cold for 5 minutes on the counter while they waited for my daughters milkshake. All food freezing cold by the time it got to us. Not even busy

Unbelievably rude staff who literally do not want to be there. The fact they don't need your (walk-in) custom any longer is the simple reason this is the worst McDonald's in the country. From the tutting at customers, to the freezing cold burgers, to the locals using the upstairs as a sickpan, yeah I'm not kidding and rather than clean it up, they shut the toilets for any other customers use. It's unbelievable, truly.

I genuinely love McDonalds because you know what to expect and they do very good coffee.
This time I was disappointed as the burger and chips were at best tepid. Even a classic like a Big Mac needs to be hot or warm at the very least. If chips were meant to be eaten cold you'd buy them straight off the shelf.
That said the staff were working flat out and were helpful and friendly.

Chips are ALWAYS cold. They cook enough chips as if they?re expecting 5 coaches to arrive. Generally the food is cold. Now with more competition at new Wendy?s in the High Street, plus Brim in the High Street (which is excellent), I will use them instead. If you do go to McDonalds, ask for chips with no salt, then ask for salt sachet - this is the only way to get hot chips. I hope Management see this review & would suggest they take a closer look at this store. And by the way the food is not cheap
