Just been in to try and redeem a Vodafone voucher.Lady was very rude and seemed fed up. Tried to scan it but was not keen on myself trying as she didn?t seem to understand the redemption process.Won?t be back again in a hurry!

The staff in this store on each time I have been here are to say the least rude considering the extortionate prices that they charge for everything I really feel that they should be grateful anyone goes there at all if you want my advice you would be better off adopting at B.P and we all know about there prices

Me and my partner visit the store often, even daily. Most of our time we purchase tabbaco. Because we are regulars no one ever asks us for ID. Even when they did not know me, they served me without ID countless times. In fact we are sold alachol and tabbaco all the time now without ID. And we certainly donâ??t look our age, considering the challenge 25 policy. Iâ??m 26, with ID. On this one occasion my partner got refused sale for no ID. Fair enough, so I walked in with a valid Driving license and got refused service even though the purchase was for myself which I stated with a valid ID. Iâ??m well aware of what the law states and they are in there rights to refuse sale however it seems to be when it suits them they are happy to serve people without ID braking the challenge 25 rule and the law considering Iâ??ve seen it done with minors plenty of time. You end up waiting at the counter whilst all staff are hanging in the office and frankly itâ??s run by a bunch of kids. Spoke to manager about situation he stated he knew us, what he failed to bring up was that he stuck by his staff member, and yet he is the one thatâ??s served without ID on multiple occasions. If I ever have this experience again in the store I will film exactly my visit and display it on social media.
