We visited the Colchester branch of Lush on Sunday 10th August, my children and I were looking for a gift from my daughter for her mums birthday, Dan was simply amazing, he helped us out, understood my daughter?s autistic cues without ever saying it out loud, Dan & Vicky are the reason we will keep coming back, simply wonderful humans!

Had a lovely experience in the colchester store yesterday. Me and my partner brought in our 3 year old son so he could pick his first bath bomb. Grace was fantastic, she was great with our son, very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly and helpful. When we got to the til she gave my son an additional 'pay-it-forward' bath bomb that she noticed my son liked. He was over the moon!

Just popped into the Colchester branch with my 9 year old daughter and was met by Abi, she spoke to my daughter with the up most respect and was happy answer her questions. I then asked if she could recommend some products that might help my daughter with her sleep. Abi was very honest and offered some things that might help.
It?s been a long time since I?ve given feedback but feel very inclined to as it?s been a long time since I?ve had such good customer service. I would be very happy to shop there again so thank you again Abi, you made my experience very worthwhile

What a fab Lush Party with the hilarious Dan today at Colchester. The children were engaged and living their best life! Fun games followed by product making, all the while giving them such good information on all of the ingredients. Finishing up with a gorgeous mini pamper sesh and some fab items in their goodie bags! They came home smelling absolutely delicious ? one happy mumma! Thank you Dan and the Colchester Lush Team ? our new go to party venue!

Had a lovely skincare consultation and facial with Grace at Lush. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very relaxed. I appreciated how she listened and tailored everything to suit my skin. Didn?t feel rushed at all, and came away with some helpful advice, bright skin, product suggestions and sample to try at home first. Would definitely recommend.

My Daughter had her 9th birthday party at Lish Colchester with a few friends a few weeks ago. The whole team were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. Dan our party host was fabulous and the girls had a brilliant time! He made it so fun and also educational for them which was great. Brilliant time had by all. Would highly recommend Lush parties ? What a wonderful experience today at Lush Colchester.
We were warmly welcomed by Dan who took the time to ask us what we were looking for and then offered us a demonstration of 3 face masks which were suitable for my daughters and my skin. So lovely for someone to take time and care with us and just amazing that he was knowledgeable and friendly towards my daughter, really engaging with her and making her feel important.
Weve been long time Lush customers as a whole family but it is so nice to know that the culture in store is one of top class service, knowledge and kindness.
Thanks Dan, we appreciated you today and thanks Lush, Dan and your Colchester store have done you proud today. The mask was purchased and added to our collection of favourite products!!
