This place is old school absolute quality and service that just isn?t around in many places anymore they couldn?t have been nicer and more helpful they kept me updated on my order went to collect and again so helpful friendly and even carried the items to my car AMAZING service would absolutely recommend without fail.

Engineered wooden flooring and carpets were beautifully laid by LT flooring in our newly built home. Runner carpets on stairs were done exactly to specifications on a rather tricky staircase. Thanks to Lee for the exceptional manner in which he oversaw the whole project. Both Scott and Phil were personable and professional in the way they conducted themselves in our home. This company did a superb job on our Bungalow. 2 rooms carpeted and the rest planks. All dates were met, staff including those at the coal face, skilled, tidy and friendly. I would recommend this company based on quality of service and attention to detail.

I recently hired LT Carpets and Flooringy to undertake a job that involved ripping out the old carpet and replacing it with Amtico flooring in my lounge and a portion of the hallways. The entire process, from obtaining a quote to the completion of the project, was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free.The initial quote process was painless, and I was impressed by how quickly I received a detailed estimate for the work. I contacted this company to fit LVT flooring in our factory showroom. They were professional and helpful from first point of contact. My initial email enquiry was very quickly answered, Lee Taylor came out and measured up and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. After a visit to the shop to choose our tiles, Lee very quickly followed up with his quote, which was clearly laid out as to the works that would be done. The floor was fitted very well, with minimal disruption by Lee and his team. Really can't fault this company, the floor is beautiful and constantly gets compliments from out guests.

We had a dream experience with LT, the whole process from choosing to measuring to fitting was seamlessly smooth and they were always quick to respond to queries. We can't fault the quality of the carpet and fitting. They even came to the rescue a few days after the carpet was initially fitted to repair some damage caused by another company's delivery men. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Had my whole house recarpeted by LT. Following other reviews on the net I had contacted another flooring company who came with better review scores however I didn't get the feeling they were being totally honest with their pricing structure as was proved when LT prices came in. I then contacted LT and from the first call they were amazing. Very thorough, polite and professional. They measured up and offered me exactly what I wanted. No scrimping on 1mm difference in underlay and a very reasonable price. If you are considering any carpet requirements at all, definitely go to LT Flooring, they genuinely are honest and do a good job. I won't go anywhere else in future. Thanks LT.
