This place and the staff are a disgrace and sums up this country right now, poor service and individuals who are not qualified to do a job and the fact they either do not wish to understand or simply do not understand plain English. I took in a parcel and received a receipt and tracking number, however the parcel did not reach DPD, who received my 'order' via the till system but not the actual parcel. The staff are refusing to help or contact DPD to investigate, the staff will not let me speak with the owner or management, my conclusion has to be they have stolen the parcel and have today reported this to the Police.
Also it is impossible to take up my complaint with DPD as I have an order number which does not allow me to go any further on any of their systems, a serious design fault, maybe they can contact me and help resolve this. Right now I have a missing parcel and nobody is willing or able to help me find it!!

Waited so long in the queue with the shop owner showing a young lad most of the time what to do.He was more interested in going off to fill the wine section that he was obviously doing, before getting told to stay on a till as i heard him ask the owner even though there still was a queue going out the door.Only just moved nearby so will have to get used to a slower pace of life! Got to the counter and couldn't help me with my parcel so i queued for 20 mins for nothing.Had to go to Witham in the end so wasn't really happy there.
