I went into this establishment on the off chance I could use their toilet, I went straight through to the back after being rightfully IDed after saying they had a toilet available but their wasn?t a ladies toilet in sight. Only a men?s disabled toilet. I thought in this damn age if anything it should?ve been a unisex toilet. I understand different statistics of genders are more or less likely to gamble but only catering towards one of this is unacceptable.
As a woman, steer clear of it and will be complaining higher.

Can't believe I just used my card to spend a tenner on machine and then they said they would refund me back the winnings on my card. I won thirty pound. Then afterwards I ring up to find out it takes 3-5 working days. what a joke. unbelievable. They should make you aware of this
