We recently worked with Koala Digital on the redesign of our website for Constable Park, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. At Constable Park we have many strands from a Holiday Park, Café, Watersports hire, Events and new Wellness Retreat, so it was important to us for the customer to have a clear journey on the website to maximise all that we have to offer.
We were fortunate to have a strong collection of visual photography, and the team used this brilliantly to really bring the website to life. The new design feels modern, welcoming, and much more reflective of what we offer.
One of the biggest improvements has been the new booking system, which links directly with Stripe and has dramatically reduced the amount of administration that was previously taking up so much of my time. Bringing all of our events and activities together into one streamlined system has made a huge difference to the business.
Throughout the whole process, Carla maintained excellent communication and kept everything organised with shared documents that made it easy to track progress and collaborate during the build. The training provided after handover was also excellent. The helpful video tutorials have made it much easier for us to confidently manage and update the website ourselves moving forward.
We would highly recommend Koala Digital to anyone looking for a creative, professional, and supportive web design team.
