We had new flooring laid, a new shower fitted and a complete refurb of our utility. There’s no hard sell or pressure, just really helpful advice and suggestions on how to best utilise space, colour schemes/finishes etc (and a whole lot more!) according to your budget.The whole team are great - Claude brought our vision to life (even when we weren’t really sure what we wanted!), Stacey and Margaret project managed everything brilliantly and kept us informed about what was happening when, and Stephen and his trade team were excellent - they turned up on time every day, were polite and respectful of our home, and made time to talk to us and answer any questions we had.They worked incredibly hard and were clearly very experienced - we have the joys of an old house which revealed a few of its lovely secrets along the way while the job was being carried out (damp, rot and general neglect), but the team always found a solution to whatever issue they encountered, talking us through options, how long it would take and if there was likely to be an additional cost). We’re delighted with the end result and can’t wait to work with Stacey and Stephen again in the future, they genuinely care about their customers and have been a pleasure to work with.”
