Compared to my hometown the recipie tasted different like the hot wings weren't hot the flavour of the chicken itself wasn't really flavourful either also the service was kinda bad like the worker had people she knew there who weren't ordering and she was just chatting to them instead of properly helping and interacting while ordering

Terrible customer service, waited over 90 minutes when initially stated 15 mins, then they decided to cancel the order for no apparent reason.

This restaurant is abysmal. Why advertise a food delivery service if you can?t provide it? I shall be speaking to KFC head office because this is thoroughly unacceptable. Sixty pounds spent, two and half hours waiting, still no fin food! So, waited hours. App never changed from preparing food. Until that is it said food had been delivered at 21:10, which it hadn?t and even though when checked app at 22:00 it still said ?preparing food?. I am so fin angry. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT.

Terrible! In every way! Ordered through Just eat. Original estimated delivery time passed by 2 hours and just kept rising. No answer when I called the restaurant! Now I have to try to get my money back through. Just eat.
Avoid this circus. I will never use again.

Orderd 10 hot wings. Get Back home only 8 wings in the bags. Call the store, only told by the Manager there that I?m lying because he the one put 10 wings in there. So basically he blamed his customer for lying for their own fault. And the manager was really rude and shouting at me on the phone when I call to complain. Will push it further to KFC headquarter. Really bad customer service and the wings is really salty and not fresh .

On the KFC website it states this shop closes at midnight. Went to get food at 10@30 and door locked and not letting anyone in. Had a trip there planned for 2 weeks. Rubbish service.

Went into the Colchester store around 11:20pm, door was open, lights were on, customers were still in there eating, walked to the counter to order only to be told.....we're closed. Opening hours are listed on Google as being open until midnight. Shocking service

Ordered the popcorn meal. Gravy and it arrived with half the food. They wouldn't refund so needed to contact deliveroo. I will never order KFC

Not what was advertised for an aero Krushem and might as well have nothing in and these cost me £5 which is basically wasted now. They also tasted off and service was bad.

This place is absolutely awful. I?ve ordered food via Uber. Not only KFC give half of the order and also got piece of hair on chicken. KFC didn?t take responsibility and asked me to contact Uber to sort this mess out even it?s KFC fault. This is what happens when companies recruit wrong people with no respect for their jobs as I have seen how they operate in this shop.

Today, me and my brother went into KFC, expecting delicious chicken. However, the service that we got was ridiculous. We kindly asked for some fried chicken, and the man was back chatting at us, saying that they don't have that type of chicken, in a very rude manner.
Eventually, we got our food, but the chicken was so bland. There was no flavour to it and I will not recommend it. The toilets were also kept in a horrible state.

It's a KFC and food was well done for what it is, as you would expect. Tables a bit dirty but main reason for reviewing is because Vijish was extremely helpful and wanted to leave my thanks.
