Compared to my hometown the recipie tasted different like the hot wings weren't hot the flavour of the chicken itself wasn't really flavourful either also the service was kinda bad like the worker had people she knew there who weren't ordering and she was just chatting to them instead of properly helping and interacting... read full comment

Terrible customer service, waited over 90 minutes when initially stated 15 mins, then they decided to cancel the order for no apparent reason.

This restaurant is abysmal. Why advertise a food delivery service if you can’t provide it? I shall be speaking to KFC head office because this is thoroughly unacceptable. Sixty pounds spent, two and half hours waiting, still no fin food! So, waited hours. App never changed from preparing food. Until that is it said food... read full comment
