I telephoned Kent Blaxill & spoke to James as I had a query regarding some paint that I wanted to add some glitter to. James was extremely helpful & answered my query without hesitation.When I went to purchase my paint again it was James who attended to me, once again he was extremely helpful professional & polite. We went to the store with numerous questions about which product we needed. Tracey advised us with patience and humour and nothing was too much trouble. Graham was also really helpful and we left relieved and satisfied that we had the ideal product.

Today, I was served by a nice young man called Dan and he was very helpful. I bought 3 lots of path and patio sealer and told him that I found them cheaper with 35% reduction online. He said he will go and checked it out to see if he can reduced the shops price for me. He did just that! ?. Adjust to match online price. I am a very very happy bunny. I definitely will go back to Kent Blaxill and may even open an account with them, although I am not in business, just an ordinary client. Thank you DanC Khetarpal
