I have just visited the Colchester branch with my Aunt , who is Partially blind and deaf. She wanted something very specific. The man who served her at the till was just brilliant, he was so helpful, explaining everything he had and then he went to another guy to see what they could do to achieve the measurements for what we needed. He went above and beyond, when I feel most would have just said no sorry we don't have anything to fit what you need. So friendly and patient. Highly recommend.

Went to order some pliers for click and collect but unfortunately they were unavailable for collection. Jewsons, bless them offered delivery which I was tempted to do but at £24 for delivery on top of the cost of pliers I decided to purchase a much better brand at a much lower price including delivery. There's no way Jewsons can justify £24 delivery for such a small item. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder people are moving away from the high street.
