I'm an OAP, have only left 1 review in my life, but felt the I-store in Colchester had to be the 2nd.
I took my Mac which had a problem I couldn't sort and the friendly welcoming staff there, in particular Dan, sorted it in a few seconds. I've bought 5 Macs over the years for my wife and kids, have always appreciated the service at Apple stores but the Colchester branch is exceptional !

My iMac failed to restart after an update and I was in a panic as I am a freelance designer and it stopped me working. I booked in late one evening to get it looked at 9am the next day in the iStore. Mitchell was super efficient and helpful, telling me all the options they had and fully informing me of what to expect. I had an email a couple of hours later - my iMac was all fixed and good as new without the loss of any data - delighted. Great store and great service!
