Really good garage they have got me and my wife out of trouble twice now both jobs done within a day. Highly recommend and the girl Holly is excellent at her job. Always a pleasure to go to this place they bend over backwards for you. They do there very best which is all u ask great customer service.

worst service I ever had went for changing tyres and wheel alignment those guys done the worst wheel alignment during 1st time even i went for the alignment for 2nd time in the same day they mess the car alignment completely. I don?t suggest for anyone to go for their services.

Had a dreadful experience at a tyre garage earlier that day, went to HI Q as was passing by and Holly on reception was super lovely, understanding and took time to listen. She ordered the tyres I needed and had them delivered and replaced the same day. All the mechanics I met/spoke to were helpful and polite. 100% thumbs up ?

Really impressed with the service received, excellent communication throughout, I was able to book replacement of 2 tyres using the mobile service really quickly and at a very competitive price. Holly was sure to keep me updated throughout the process. Feels like a traditional company with traditional customer service values. Will look no further when I have another need.

These guys are just not mechanics, took my Ford Fiesta in earlier this year. Got my car back and still heard rattling with my car, for which I had to take it to another garage.Don't trust them with your vehicle, their just money grabbers like the constitute and dole scroungers.

The guys done a great job ! Considering I brought my car there with so many problems. Wish bone, brake line, bleed nipple problem Etc .. They were honest quick and both receptionists were amazing. Will see you guys again:) thank you so much.

Found on bookmygarage and booked an MOT and service. Also added pickup and delivery as I was at work. They called me to arrange a pickup time and all was good!Service was smooth with no issues. Would recommend.

It takes a while to find a garage you can trust. Having been living in London all my life we had a garage we could trust impeccably but moving to Colchester left us in a quandary.Tried F1 they ripped us off tried several independents not. Best pleased.Had wife's car serviced at HiQ brilliant, have now had both our cars solely at HiQ and so far have not felt taken advantage of at all.Used them twice this month (due to potholes) and am more than happy that they will not do anything unnecessary to our cars.Nice staff and communication is excellent

Okay so I booked this garage based on the reviews and I wish I never, they never rang me to let me know my car was ready I had to check on mot checker but that was the least of my problems, I called to ask if they could use a part I already had(brand new) they agreed n told me to put it on the passenger seat of the car took the car for its mot with it, went to colle the car and not only did they not use my parts they fitted others and charged me for it ???????? £10 to tilt the headlight EACH is so mental

Lovely friendly helpfull professional staff.Excellent receptionist Holly always greets you with a smile. Manager Ian very helpfull and informative. I would certainly recommend this place for MOT'S and other problems.
