Why are the Lloyds group suddenly discriminating against handicapped account holders by CEASING BOOK ACCOUNTS?????? 5 Star up until now as they always treated the severely handicapped person with kindness and consideration, Problem has occurred because of ill considered action by parent company LLOYDS

One star purely because the gentleman at the help desk was lovely and had a brisk conversation with me while I waited for my sister to finish up with the other desk. Reason for my low review: I don't appreciate being called a " brave silly girl " for being heavily pregnant while already having an under-one year old, from a female staff member, inappropriate remarks like that do not earn my custom... Ty.
