Recently, we had an issue with my son?s new bike after he had a little accident. We went back to Halfords Colchester. We have been seen by Omer. Very chatty, friendly and professional guy. He was really busy dealing with customers queries, helping customers with their purchases and dealing with drop off for repairs. Our bike took a bit longer to fix, as they ordered a new part. But I was happy with the service we received at an affordable price, repair was done as promoted. I am happy to go back to Omer if we ever have issues with my son?s bike again.

Disappointed. I went in there looking for patches to mend my bicycles tyre. Halfords no longer sell just the patches. If you want those you need to buy the kit comprising gum and the tyre levers which I don?t need. Then you get surprised that I go on Amazon and buy what I want.
