Bizarre experience in this store?We went in knowing exactly what we are looking for, with a short amount of time to get the order through. Well into our bathroom project.We approached the desk to order it, and the gentleman behind it proceeded to ?mansplain? to us both about the fundamentals, design and how to start our project. This went on for about 5 minutes, trying to politely tell him we really just needed to order a cabinet, but couldn?t get a word in.Leaving this review hopefully for the shop to be aware you do need to ask your customer a question or two. Hugely frustrating because we were zipping through town just placing our orders before getting cracking on our bathroom install! Patronising to the max and we walked out with about £600 we would have put in their till.

I visited Grahams on Thursday and was really impressed with the service I received. A lovely lady called Tasha Nicholls was so knowledgeable and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble, she went above & beyond to answer all my enquiries. If she was unsure about something she called upon colleagues for extra information and never made me feel uncomfortable.A rare quality in customer service these days.I hope her employers realise what an asset this lady is to their company.

Couldn?t recommend these guys more! Needed a part following a house fire, obviously i was an emotional mum! Staff helped me source what was needed while others fed and entertained my son. Cannot thank you all for making our day a little brighter! ?

Products are good but the whole ordering process is inefficient, placed an order for something in March, still haven't received it, we appreciate it was coming from Turkey but communication is shocking.Asked to pay an amount on Tuesday via email, no sales order, no quote, no bank details, wanted a payment over the phone, we would prefer to check our order and confirm it was correct prior to payment.When I asked when would the combination of paid for/not paid for items be delivered I was told when we have paid for the two items ( one was the toilet, previously ordered paid for and refunded and a shower door which is a new addition) to date our spend is in the region of £10,000.00 it is not how we would expect to be treated, two basins (paid for) were lost, a toilet ordered and paid for mysteriously was cancelled and refunded without input from ourselves and is waiting payment (for the 2nd time)Have been emailing since Tuesday, Chris could have sent a SO or quote for the two remaining items, we could have paid and the items which our builders are waiting for could have been delivered, it is unlikely now we will receive anything until next week.We refurbished a main bathroom, a wet room and a shower room with Grahams as we are having a total refurbishment of our home, bearing in mind what we have paid out for we feel we have been treated poorly, having to constantly chase for info on items ordered under pressure from our builders.Grahams change of system back in March crucified communication and all orders were wiped from the system which didn't help.Commiserations to the staff as it must have been very difficult.I would appreciate a call back from the manager but trying to get through is a nightmare, I have left a voicemail today.We will see if I get a call back, meanwhile our builders are still waiting for delivery of two basins, a toilet and a shower door not forgetting the unit ordered and paid for in march, we feel very frustrated, not one bathroom has a sink to wash your hands in, it is not on, we have the under sink units just no basins.Hopefully management will read this and look at how they support staff and customers, it is not working at the moment.We will not be back, so pleased we didn't order our tiles from them.N & C tiles in Harlow have been great.

I visited the store today as i was outside of my usual business area, had a small list of materials that came to £55, i was shocked by the price and asked if any discounts were available for trade, but no, i then called my normal merchant to check the prices, same products were £27, even Screwfix fix was £32. Won't be using Grahams ever again.NM Plumbing & Heating

Everything you require for your bathroom : colchester showroom full of different shapes and sizes of bathroom and shower requirement: staff very helpful : The down side was no lift for disabled and with bathrooms and showers on first floor how are people supposed to see displays ??

Very poor, visited the bathroom showroom. A chap called Chris in there and another lady neither one asked if we wanted any help. Shall not be buying our 3 bathrooms we require for our new build home from Grahams

good customer service. although they don?t have the item I want ,the staff phone the company they know help to confirm the item ,finally ,I found it ,it was the result after I found 8 stores.this makes me feel so happy ,thank you again!

we were sold a different product to what our receipt said. sadly didn't check the product only realizing product was wrong once it had been installed. The guy serving us sold us a product at a discount rate, wrong, he sold us the wrong product at the correct price. when we went in as unable to register product with Aqualisia, same guy served us with no offer of any money back. Even Aqualisia told us to buy a more powerful product next time (as they had to fix product). Also discovered we could have bought what we wanted cheaper in another shop. All in all wouldn't recommend or go back to unless really desperate. Sorry Grahams, as I am sure you are a good place, just got served by the wrong person.
