Maria, the pharmacist and her two staff could not have been more helpful on Saturday when they helped me resolve a problem regarding a repeat prescription that had not been sent over from the surgery next door. They took time to listen, understood my concern and dealt with it in a calm, professional manner. Exceptional service, thank you.

What a great team at this pharmacy. I couldn?t get a doctors appointment and needed antibiotics for tonsillitis. Within ten minutes I had a consultation with the pharmacist and a prescription.

I have had a great experience with this pharmacy, I had a nightmare of a time and ran out of a prescription we needed urgently. Maria the lead pharmacist was amazing and managed to help me fix the issue! Maria was amazing and I am very appreciative of the help I received.

1. The doctor mixed up the definition (reasons) between Hep A and Hep B vaccinations even after I tried to show her the definitions from the World Health Organisation, she gas lit me and told me not to trust "Doctor Google" at this point I did not want a Hepatitis vaccination from her but needed a tetanus one for my travels.2. It took an hour and 20 minutes for the form to be filled due to the doctor struggling with the technology and other pharmacists coming in to ask for sign offs (very unprofessional)3. WORST THING SHE DID.When it came time to administer the vaccination, she didn't realise she needed to add a needle (even when I did question why the vaccination doesn't look like) and continued to push the vaccination out which led to it just going down my arm. She then said how it's done when it evidently wasn't! Understandably her hands were shaking and I try and give her some space as I'd like her hands to be steady when she's injecting me, but overall this was a crazy and horrible experience.

Bad experience at Creffield Medical Center (just next door) from the receptionists as she denied and appointment for a stye. The manager took me to this pharmacy to talk the matter and assign me a pharmacist (Maria) to look my concern. Maria was super helpful a deal with the complaint and suggested me a plan to deal with me stye and make me feel confortable with the condition after the issue. So thanks full for dealing with the issue for the medical center.

I got cut off twice, and when I rang back the second and third time, there was no apology or explanation. I felt like I was being a pest by calling. I asked why I hadn't received a text to say my meds were ready, and was told my phone number had been changed. I said it wasn't by me, and asked how it happened. No explanation. Only after I asked Ellie's name did I get an apology. This must be the 5th or 6th time my meds have been late/missing in the last 18 months.

Always have trouble get through by phone, after my latest visit, I know why. The phone was ringing constantly my whole wait in line. I then witnessed the phone call being ended and left ?off the hook? so no one could callIn!! It wasn?t even busy!!

Arranged a covid booster fot 10.30.Arrived on the dot and asked to sit and wait and the pharmacist would be with me shortly. Waited till 10.55, by which time there were 7 people waiting for jabs. When I enquired about the delay I was told the pharmacist would be with me shortly. At which point I said I had better things to do and left.
