The most helpful staff ever! Had massive problems with our just eat order and they kept us in the loop and even rang us back to tell us when it was on the way, even though it was nothing to do with them. They did it out of the kindness of their heart. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Giving a 1 star due to the experience I had today, I ordered via uber eats a couple of meals and 4 large milkshakes and the order arrived without the 4 shakes, I was unable to contact the store, the delivery app refused to refund the mistake, sorry but if I pay the best part of 30 quid for 4 bloody milkshakes and they don't come with the order, I should be at the very least given a refund, terrible experience.

Massive shout out to the host Rayaan who helped me and my friend several times and was an absolute gentleman. Helped us find some moving boxes, helped when my friend had specific request and even sorted us out when me being a muppet knocked freshly made drink over. Couldn't ask for a better experience, give this man a raise!

Five guys Colchester does very good burgers and fries. It's actually a little cheaper than the London locations but still, it's quite pricey. The quality that you get is high but I don't know if the quality is high enough to warrant the price. The price is why I give it four stars instead of five.
