The staff here are incredibly discriminatory to people of different ethnic backgrounds. You will not be helped, led correctly, or respected when you enter this place, avoid at all costs. Horrible service from whoever was working the Hugo Boss stand on Friday 15th of August. Horrible little woman. Spend that money elsewhere

Discriminative employees. Was looking for a watch with my mother in the Hugo Boss section and was advised to go downstairs as it ?would have what we are looking for?. They had one small stall that wasn?t branded and had nothing like what we were looking for. Bad customer service.

Very nice, big department store. However, it is not cheap, nice when you're present shopping or want to treat yourself.

Great store and the ladies in the beauty department are all very friendly and helpful - particularly the lady in Laura Mercier (unfortunately I can't remember her name), she was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job of helping find the right makeup for my skin. Strongly recommend visiting Laura Mercier as it is often empty and the staff are always willing to give you the best experience!

I visited Charlotte tilbury today and was shown around the skin care range and had my foundation matched to my skin !! Absolutely fantastic, a wonderful lady called Charlotte served me , she was so helpful, put me at ease , knowledgeable, definitely be back , thank you

What can I say?.
What a fantastic store with such helpful staff. In particular ?Memory? was a vibrant and very happy help to me. She understood exactly what it was I was searching for and her knowledge on the scents they sell and the differences between them was pretty amazing
She is an asset and a credit to the company. Keep doing what you?re doing young lady - thank you very much
