This is the second time we've used Essex Pro-Paint now. He has done such an amazing job painting our kitchen, bathroom and en suite. He is professional, clean and tidy. His prices are great too. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Have had time to reflect so now taken original review down. Sunday day before due to start here painting exterior of house Pro Paint knocks to say will be here tomorrow and he had bumped in to our neighbour who asked him what work he would be doing here?when he told him neighbour said doubt you will get paid. This conversation took place between Pro Paint and my husband. I would have told him do not like you discussing my business with my neighbours and as concerned about getting paid do not come tomorrow I will employ another firm. Arrived at lunchtime to start said lorry broke down no notification at all. Then Pro Paint owner knocked wanted money to give the scaffolders as he put it to keep them happy.I said no not until work is done.Pro Paint said scaffolders are worried about getting paid because of what your neighbour said. Then found landing window not painted and when husband is sweeping up after the scaffolders have dismantled the scaffolding and gone found one of the scaffolders had broken our TV aerial and thrown it up the flank wall of the house where normally nobody goes. Pro Paint and the scaffolding company must be the same company otherwise why would the scaffolders complain to Pro Paint about being worried about getting paid surely it would be the owner of the scaffolding firm they would complain to if that is who they work for. Told the owner of the scaffolding company was coming here with the money to replace the aerial. He never came but ProPaint said he had contacted the aerial man told him replace the aerial and he would pay him direct.All in all I found this whole saga very underhand and I do not suffer fools gladly and knew when was being lied to so never again not would I recommend either firm and the scaffolding company obviously have a dishonest employee working for them to not only damage a customers property but try and hide it
Speaks volumes as not had any contact from the so called owner of the scaffolding company even though he knows of this damage.
