I had to replace my carpet underlay and had no idea how to do it! These guys were just so helpful with great advice and information. All done and very pleased with the job. Couldn't have done it without their help. Brilliant thank you so much.

Didn't end up buying a floor, mainly because I was given one but these people were very friendly and they do a great deal on off cuts. Only 200 for 5 by 5 piece of lovely wool carpet.

Bought 5 boxes of flooring. Didn?t need two. Tried to return next day. Refused to give me a refund! I outlined my consumer rights but he didn?t care! Only a credit note for more flooring..of which I didn?t need. Insisted company policy doesn?t allow it. Even though nothing on recipe, website or posted in store. £80 gone. Avoid! Certainly won?t go backUpdate? Your Returns policy does not state anything about part orders! Only bespoke items that cannot be returned.Your policy states if you are unhappy with the order you can return for a refund or credit note. I wasn?t unhappy, Just bought too much in error.Rigid tactics are not customer friendly and I warn anyone buying products from here. You better be bang on with your measurements, even specific with exact wastage. Too little and you could find yourself stuck mid job. Too much and you are fully out of pocket. for a flooring compnay you?d think they would be understanding of such issues.I?d understand if it was weeks later asking for a return. But the next day and having no care is absurd!Only interested in keeping your cash. don?t even think about return business or recommendation.As I said earlier. What good is a credit note? I do not need more flooring!

Ordered flooring & fitting was arranged as well via shop. Flooring arrived a few days late as supplier kept ?forgetting? to put it on the lorry . This meant the fitter then couldn?t fit me in for when I needed. Owner arranged for a different fitter (Ryan) who charged me £60 to be here for 15 mins. Turns out he cut the floor but didn?t attach it down (even though he told me he had and i?d paid for firing) He left all his rubbish everywhere and meant i had to buy adhesive and stick it down myself .The flooring company blamed the fitter, the fitter blamed the flooring company . After several calls and messages I was promised some money back but surprise surprise I never got any .Tried to support local & independent rather than a big company but got ripped off and terrible service . Will not use again or recommend . Beware .

We visited this place to look at some flooring and some advice too. The person was very helpful with questions that we asked. They were very friendly and the prices were reasonable too. We brought some flooring and they excellent to. Definitely recommend them .
