Me and my husband went into the Colchester branch as I had a few issues with my engagement ring that he had bought some 18 months prior we had been in a few times as we had a few issues with the ring we were served by a lady called Tracy who has served us before and I can honestly say she is a credit to the company she was understanding to our upset and our needs and gave us exceptional customer service I was able to exchange my ring for an alternative and came into the shop today to pick it up and I?m over the moon I got extra cover so that if any repairs are needed I am reassured that my ring is protected. If there are any incentives or bonuses that Tracy can receive then she 100% deserves thank you xx

Ordered a Certina DS-2 Automatic chronograph which cost just shy of £2000, firstly if they had properly checked it they would have found out that the second hand doesn't work they also put it in a box without padding so it would get bounced about in transit whoever checked it obviously doesn't know how watch straps work and has very little knowledge regarding watches. The watch was loose in its box instead of wrapped round the bag it comes with.
They are going to get it sorted but that means little.
This will be the one and only time I purchase from them.
I now have to send it away for repair and I haven't even worn it.

I visited today with my partner and Tracy at the Colchester branch was amazing, she was really down to earth, friendly and attentive to our needs. We found the most perfect piece of jewellery for our occasion and left feeling far more informed (and excited). We went in having had a problem with an eternity ring and the service we received was absolutely first class. The manager showed great empathy, asked all the right questions and came up with a solution which meant my wife was delighted. I unfortunately had damage to my engagement ring that I ended up needing to exchange. I had gone into the Colchester store while I was visiting to narrow down some choices and could not have had better service and help from the assistant manager Catherine there. She was patient, friendly and told me honest opinions, not just what she thought I wanted to hear. Her help was so invaluable that I ended up transferring my exchange and repair from my local branch to Colchester so that Catherine could take care of the process and I felt so much more at ease. My local branch had not seemed to have as much care whereas Catherine really understood my concerns and quickly learned my preferences. I ended up looking forward to the exchange process rather than upset at the idea of saying goodbye to the original ring that held so much sentiment. Very grateful for her time spent with us and patience in helping me make some big decisions. Thank you!

My husband and I visited the Colchester store looking for a platinum diamond eternity ring. We were served by a staff member called Harrison, he was so helpful and courteous finding the perfect ring for us. We can't reccomend him highly enough, for his patience and helpfulness. This is a fine jewellery shop with a great selection. However, it's the staff that lets it down. When I walked in to browse at the watches, the majority of the staff looked at me and my children with a look of distain and made a judgement I wasn't worthy of serving.Shame on you ladies, you lost a big sale to another jewellery store just over the path from you.
