My elderly (88!) grandmother needed some help today after loosing her walking stick whilst in the store. She has told me how the staff couldnt of been any more helpful and kind if they had tried. She felt so safe and looked after as they went above and beyond to help her find it. Kindness means so much and we are very grateful. Thank you

Excellent Service at Dunelm Colchester
We had a lovely visit to Dunelm in Colchester. The staff throughout the store were very helpful and friendly as we browsed. A special shout-out to Jack in the café ? although he's young, he showed exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail in his role as a server. It was truly impressive to see such dedication in someone so young. Fantastic service all around!

The fabric lady was just rude, we wanted to purchase some fabric and had a few questions but it was like we was an inconvenience. We ended up finding someone else who could help.
But never again the bury team are way more friendly and helpful so will be going there in future
