We were assisted by Rob today, we went in store wanting to try some mattresses but didn?t necessarily plan on buying in store. However, Rob?s customer service was so good, we felt we couldn?t leave without making a purchase. From offering us drinks, getting me a special pillow to try (after me saying I was a front sleeper), to being incredibly friendly to both ourselves and our 4 year olds nothing was too much trouble. He even spent time letting us use the special bed machine to figure out our perfect mattress match!

We originally went in for a cheap as possible replacement bed as ours had broke. I really wanted an electric movement one hubby really wanted a memory foam mattress. Both thinking it would be out of our budget as we didn?t want to pay a huge amount. Then we met Rob lol he greeted us and offered us a drink which was lovely as it was a very hot day. he answered every one of my many questions I had. And we fell in love with a tempur matress and base. Rob allowed us time and space to discuss together what we wanted and came back to us when needed again. Rob explained all the extras what they were and how we could used them if we ever needed to. He then gave us time to discuss these options and discussed what deals were on that we could use and gave us a price with a break down of what was what. He showed us the sleep match which helped us choose the firmness of our mattresses which was fun and it did match what we felt was very comfortable for us. We then chose pillows as well. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and we came away very happy with our choices. We spent a bit more than we originally thought was our budget but for that little bit more Rob got us a great deal on our memory foam matress and bed frame.I know if we had comprised and stuck with a more basic bed we would have regretted it.We felt we got a great service and was able to make Informed choices with the help and info he gave us with out any pressure at all We also discussed protectors and we chose matress and pillow ones. As people that usually buy basic we appreciated the choices he gave us. We can?t wait for it to be delivered and we thank Rob for taking his time with us and truely getting us the bed of our dreams.

I had excellent service in Dreams Colchester. I was met at the entrance by a lady who immediately assertained the kind of mattress I was looking for. She was very was experienced and took me to see all of the alternatives and explained the differences clearly. Choosing was then easy.

Buying a mattress is quite scientific these days. At Stanway Colchester we found the store assistant Ross very helpful we laid down on a mattress that measured our body and told us what would suit us best. Very happy with the service and looking forward to our new mattresses. ??
