Worst service the delivery boy delivered my order to somebody else and then when i called the store he was like its showing 65 military road not bother to check if its their order or not.
Dont order any delivery items from here so bad experience.

08/11/2024 I placed an order for delivery on app. 1 large Korean pizza, 1 gf veg, coleslaw and loaded fries with cheeseburger. Manager called me directly to inform me that although it was showing as available on app, the Korean wasn't possible and for me to change the large pizza order. This was done to a mighty meaty. My order arrived very late after following the progress on the tracker, the delivery driver was on another location for over 10 mins. Needless to say, at this point food will be cold! Then another call from delivery person asking g for me to let then in as they couldn't get to me! Terraced house, just simply knock on the door! We proceeded to hand me 2 pizza boxes and coleslaw. When questioned where the loaded fries were he informed me that staff pack his delivery bag with order and that is it! He tried to call several times and no answer. I took tried to call, only to be told that I had received my order! Err no, I didn't. I asked the manager for a refund as it was now nearly two hours after I have ordered my food. Service is dreadful and still no refund. Shocking management.

Food is alright, typical dominos but the store is really good. They even sometimes call back to confirm if the order is correct (I once ordered a margherita without the cheese ?). Always ready for collection in 10 minutes. Good deals during lunch times too. Parking might be tricky, you might not find a nearest place during peak times.

I had the Veggies Full Loaded pizza at Domino's in Colchester and it was delicious! The service was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Honestly don't bother. I ordered double chicken and I got seven pieces of chicken. It does this to me every time I order chicken and honestly if I wanted to pay 30 quid for seven pieces of chicken I could have gone to Waitrose and felt better. Just get Papa John's it's down the road. I'm buying from here no more, even when you complain nothing happens.

7th March 0300hrs I?m putting 1 star for the poor service, unprofessional, rude service , and LAZY to the delivery drivers . Ordered my pizza and the guy arrived almost 1hr later. The delivery guy called me saying he can?t find the house when I can see him well at the carpark in his red ford car. My house was just facing him at the carpark and I left my door light on for him. When i told him to step outside and bring my food to my door as I can?t leave my baby, he said he not understanding me or doesn?t understand English when he well speaking the language LOL. Why should I walk all the way to the carpark when I paid for my delivery fee and you should come out and look for the house rather then me coming to look for you. I never have issues with delivery to my doorstep until today with these 2 drivers. The first guy couldn?t find me and gave my food to another driver to deliver. When the 2nd guy called , I told him my address and he said he in a different road and that?s where the postcode took him. When I asked him if he has WhatsApp to pin my location, he said he don?t have WhatsApp and then he hung up the call. When I called his number back, he wouldn?t answer. Then I checked the number on WhatsApp and it shows the person is on WhatsApp. Why would you take delivery job when you can?t do the job properly?.I myself used to be a delivery driver and this is not how I treat my customers. I didn?t get to receive my food and slept with an empty belly nursing a very moody baby. I had ordered a Large Tuna Pizza with Chicken wings as sides. But unfortunately I didn?t have any food. Demote the 2 drivers and get new , hardworking drivers please.
