“Being a health professional, I am well aware of some of the recent disturbing practices in GP practice, mainly non-medical staff giving inappropriate medical advice and lack of appointments. With this in mind, I have personally never had anything but good things to say about my own surgery who have always been accommodating, professional, compassionate + efficient, especially when my daughter was critically unwell. I do not request an emergency appointment/ask for priority unless absolutely necessary to reduce pressures - too much of a ‘I want it now’ culture out there! Well done guys, keep up the good work!”

“9/10 I have a positive experience if I do need to contact this drs. Once or twice I have encountered someone who is perhaps new that didn’t know how to help. Usually however the receptionists are generally very kind and helpful. Have called late in the day before and even if there isn’t an app with a dr they have always suggested other solutions. Such a better experience than with my previous surgery, in what is a very hard job and hard time for the NHS.”
