Bought a j shaped bath and panel at a good price. Unfortunately plumber changed where our plumbing for shower went so I had to desperately change the bath with 5 days to go until tiler was due.Called up, explained situation and the lady was super helpful and totally understood my scenario. She organised delivery for the new bath and collection of the old bath at the same time for a small fee.Very pleased, good service

Great service & advice. Spoke to designer bathrooms over the phone discussed what we needed to order, I placed the order the next day and within a day or so the radiators where in and ready for collection, even loaded into my car for me.Great service, nice people, everything happen when they said it would happen. What more could I ask for.Great work keep it up

Top class service from the guys at Designer Bathroom Store. I ordered a radiator at 3pm and it was at my door at 11am the following morning and was free delivery! Not only that but I had it a short while before opening it (couldnt get the plumber because of lockdown) and realised I had ordered the wrong colour. Contacted them and the next morning I had my new one delivered and they even took the old one back for me. Fantastic service, will definitely be using again. I just had the new white long designer eon radiator put in. Apparently there was no crack on the radiator when my gas corgi opened it and installed it, but in the evening when it got heated up ,later on i realised a long crack on side which is weird because just how did that happened! So called customer service and they said we cant do anything about it because it has been installed..so what am i suppose to do if it has happened afterwards!! not happy at all.
