I'm very disappointed. They make you initially sign a waiver that dismisses any of their liability of service, which should have been a red flag. I went there as I was told they were good but I was unbelievably disappointed. I took to them my £3000 wedding dress which I knew had some stains on it. They took out my dress and saw it and they advised about the stains. They also said that because there was no label on it, they were not sure if anything could happen to it. I was prepared to take the risk because I needed the dress. They charged me an expensive £110 to dry clean it. When I went to pick up my dress, they explained that they could not take out the stains. My dress was a period style dress made of pure silk and Norwich lace. I took my dress to my mum's to try it on. When I took it out, I knew something was wrong, which they did not tell me. They explained about the stains but did not explain that they ironed the dress so much that it took out the puff of the dress so all the material was heavily draped on the floor. The lining ended up longer than the skirt. I called them in regards to this as they had now ruined my dress and I was unable to wear it for a special occasion organised. I called them instantly to discuss it. They made all kinds of excuses instead of calling me to advise that they could not return my dress back to its original form. They did not even offer an apology or a part refund. They knew they ruined my dress and said nothing. ? I was very disappointed, and the fact that they charged me £110 was ludicrous. Never again.
