Rang the pharmacy on Friday afternoon to see if they could help with a prescription I needed. Friendly staff member, checked the stock & advised they could help. Got to pharmacy to be met by a friendly, professional member of staff, who got the prescription ready for pharmacist to check off. Whole process took less than 15 minutes, pharmacist even checked I was happy with the fee before charging me. Couldn't fault the service or the staff, really appreciated their help.

Usually very good but they are getting cross about delays with batch orders from the GP. So I am pleased to see that they help with emergency supplies!!
There is a delay when blood tests are needed so watch out if it is weekend and be prepared for them to object and tell you to sort it out, your fault or not, it is not their responsibility. This might be a bit stressful if you have new drugs which run out at different times and you need a bit of help.

I used this pharmacy for the first time today, after terrible service from my nearest pharmacy. What a revelation, very friendly and efficient service, virtually no queuing, and superb customer Service. I shall definitely be returning.

There's enough staff to not need to shut for an hour over lunch. I used my lunch break to walk to the pharmacy to find it was closed.It's nonsensical on a commercial level, and lazy on a professional one. I do wonder whether the head office know you bunk off at lunch for an hour?

There is one or two nice employees there, but the rest seem to be chavy, ignorant and rude people, like the manager, Gill. Not a way to manage a business, especially during these times.

Used to be quite a well-stocked chemist, and had what I needed and quite affordable. Now, they don't even carry shower gel and mouthwash is over £5.00. It's getting to the point where you're better off and save more by getting your basic goods out of village - Tesco Express in Manningtree.
