I like this chemist. They've helped me out in a pinch a few times and they seem very friendly. All staff I've dealt with are nice and they have to deal with some random characters being right in the town centre like they are.

I want to say a huge thank you to the lovely ladies at this pharmacy who helped me today. I was in an emergency situation and needed my eye drops urgently. I had been searching all over Colchester this morning, as Boots (where 111 had sent my prescription) didn?t have them in stock, and my surgery couldn?t help me yesterday.
Thankfully, this pharmacy had the medication I needed, and the ladies were so kind, helpful, and supportive. They truly went above and beyond to help me at such a stressful time. I highly, highly recommend their service ? caring, professional, and genuinely compassionate.

Rude, Surly, Unhelpful, Left without any trace of professional help at all. They don't know everything that you ask, they don't know if they can release ok prescription or not. What are they doing there as employees if they don't know anything about what they sell. That cashier is very racist.

I need 16 tablets per day and I was with Day Lewis Pharmacy since I moved to Colchester in December 2024. They never gave me the medication on time and this month I was 3 days without it. My body felt like a block of cement and I decided to call pharmacies with delivery service. As soon as the lady from Colchester City Pharmacy answered the call she was wonderful, polite, HELPFUL! She helped me with getting my prescription and in the SAME DAY I had my medication delivered. For me it?s a 5 star Pharmacy! Useful, helpful, fast, IMPECCABLE. I?m clapping for you Colchester City Pharmacy ? and thank you very much. Keep on having a wonderful service.

Had my tablets delivered 23rd April some tablets were missing but this pharmacy went out of their way to get them out to me the next day no other pharmacy does this that I know of they are also polite and friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them I don't even have to ring them when it's time to order I just go online and re order meds from my surgery and few days later the pharmacy deliver their service is brilliant I will never have to go anywhere else thank you so much to all the hard working staff

Best pharmacy in Colchester! I quickly made them my nominated pharmacy. The staff are so lovely and accommodating and always answer the phone and there are always good vibes in the pharmacy too! You can tell they have a really good team and it really does shows.
