I normally get toogoodtogo bags and so far my experience has been good. The server is normally nice and everything is done quickly. The bags are normally great (some toasties and Confectionary) and they care to ask about allergies. Never had any of their drinks though.

Dreadful staff at drive thru on Friday morning, rude, and should not be working in a customer facing environment, brand damaging for the costa brand. Find some friendly staff.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HEREmy mum, nan and I came here earlier today to grab drinks for a short road trip we had planned (2 americanos and 1 peach ice tea)less than an hour later my grandparents and mum complained about the taste saying how it tasted off and burnt, i had a sip myself and in the weirdest way did taste like burnt coffee beans?the worst tho was an hour later on the road when my mum started feeling nausious and proceeded to throw up multiple times whilst driving. we are safe and my mum is doing okay now but genuienly I was so scared for my mum's safety.my grandfather also complained about having an upset stomach after finishing his drink but as far as I'm aware nothing extreme has happened.we KNOW my mum was sick from this coffee because we had breakfast earlier and water from home and we were both completely okay then.besides that there was also messy tables: coming from someone who worked at starbucks, I know how busy these places can be but HYGIENE must be made a main priority than anything elseplease, dont come here even for convenience

Would not take legal tender £50 but nothing saying they won?t after waiting in line for ages all head office apparently nothing to do with the staff not wanting to help as the drive through took it up the road

My visit to Colchester Tesco Costa Coffee was made truly exceptional thanks to the remarkable service provided by Lisa and Kate. Not only were they incredibly friendly and efficient, but their excellent allergen knowledge and understanding were truly impressive. They took the time to ensure that my coffee was prepared with careful attention to my allergies, making me feel safe and well-cared for. Lisa and Kate's commitment to customer satisfaction, combined with their allergen expertise, made for a fantastic experience that I'll certainly cherish. I can confidently say that they are an invaluable asset to the team, and I'll be returning to enjoy their exceptional service and allergen awareness in the future.

Really wanted to give this place a shot but the first time I went the person who was touching the rubbish then went to hand me my food and the second time my coffee was burnt. I don?t think cleanliness is the top priority here.

Ideal and convenient location for me and my partner to go to. Food always seems fresh but feel the prices seem on the high side for what they offer. Service always seems friendly enough but can feel a little slow if they are busy or short staffed, Overall the atmosphere is nice and what you would expect.

I visited the costa coffee at the clacton shopping village, staff very nice and helpful. Well worth the visit.
