Great allergy awareness. Checked everything I wanted to purchase for my allergy and made sure everything was cleaned down before making my coffee! Very impressed, not had this service before when buying a coffee out. Very reassuring. Thank you! ?

Much better since our previous review seems the NO free internet has got rid of the one coffee wallers using it long stay for the warmth in winter and free internet ?
Being regular Costa customers we wonder do they have a special table supplier as every branch we use even the newly opened in Clacton have wobbly tables. Or maybe this is so you don't out stay your welcome ???

We have just been in this store
(Turners Rise) to get our usual coffee. We bring our own reusable china cups and the lady said she cannot serve us as our China cups do mot have lids.
The China cups they use in store do not have lids.
We have been using this store for the last couple of years.
We will not use this store again.
She is definitely a jobs worth.
Such a rude .lady. We have not seen her before and hope we never see her again.
Costa you need to sort this out. We use the one in Clacton too and have never been refused

The front of the shop needs some form of shading, particularly given on sunny days when the glare from the sun is really strong.

Without sounding offensive I was served by an older lady who couldn't have gone any further out of her way to be polite and happy. Such a refreshing change in the Colchester Costas!The barista was also chatty and made a lovely decaff latte.Thank you for making my solo trip very enjoyable.
