I am very sad to write this 1 star review because of the "Utterly Rude" experience I have had to face this morning.I'll start with my mistake first, and own that.I had to be at my job, this was my first ever tyre puncture/experience in the UK, I panicked, and went straight to this tyre place. The mistake is, I drove inside the garage (with ample open space though) and expected to park it there for a minute while I speak with some of their team members). I feel sorry for that, I should not have done that, though there was no hindrance caused.That's when one of their guys "LITERALLY SHOUTED AT ME" -- Can you *** this car out? I said I think there's a puncture and without realizing how bad it could be for someone in that situation (which I know is not their fault and headache), the guy said "yeah It can't be done until Monday - I am totally booked".I said oh sad... can I get some air in my tyre please? He just rubbed it and said yeah it will be in an hour... park outside. Which is again fine, I would have waited for hours there because I know I wasn't booked for a FLAT TYRE APPOINTMENT.......That's fine, I would have absolutely loved it if he would just be kind to say "hey mate, take this car out and sorry, we are booked and it can't be until Monday". That's it, I absolutely understand how businesses work on appointments.Again, it's not that my tyre could not get done there, it's the rude behavior in testing times on someone, who may be struggling for every single pound they may have to pay. Again, not a fault of the business and I know they should not be empathizing with me and I get that. All I ask is, kindness could win hearts any day and it doesn't cost anything - does it?

I booked online for a tyre fitting on a Saturday. I got an email from the garage saying that I could attend at anytime from 8am onwards but to arrive 1 hour before it closed. On the email it says the garage closes at 12.30pm on Saturdays. I turned up at 11.20am (I was aiming to get there for 11am but couldn't find it properly) and was turned away because the garage in actual fact closes at 12pm! I felt they didn't want the business so left. Felt like they were incredibly lazy and unbothered. It didn't appear like they were extremely busy either. I will take my business elsewhere where I feel a bit more appreciated and wanted.

Had an issue with my ABS pump on my corsa and a broken coil. Called the garage up, got me in really quickly and within 2 days cars all fixed and ready to collect. Very reasonable price to fix as I called around a few garages and they had the best price. Great customer service. Will return in the future if my cars need anymore work doing.

Will never return. As a woman it?s already quite intimidating when coming into a place like this. I asked the owner (I?m assuming) for a price on labour for brake pads ? he quoted me £60 per tyre + VAT! Now I know I?m a woman but I?m also not an idiot! Already I?m thinking okay just trying your luck understandably privileged brown woman in a nice car?.! I needed my tyres repaired, had a slow puncture was given an appointment time to come in at 4.30pm for a repair on my tyre I arrived exactly on time, there were 2 cars parked in front of the premises I believe they were delivering parts. I was then seen at 4.40pm. I stood there akwardly waiting and then I eventually asked if I should leave my key there. He shouted out ?I sent someone to take your let key? I saw said person walk straight past me and go around the back without taking my key. Eventually another member of staff who happened to be very nice older gentleman took the key whilst I went and waited next doors where my kids do their boxing. 4.50pm the nice gentleman asked came to ask me if I knew where the nut and bolt was? I said where it?s usually kept?. Instead I thought it would be easier if I just came. I looked around in the car for it assuming they already looked for it and couldn?t find it. After a couple of minutes the gentleman said he found it (in its original place) however I was bothered by this at all! What I thought was disgusting was the owner/manager abruptly walked straight past me and said directly to him ?well it?s 5 o?clock, we close at 5 so you need to tell her?! At this point I?m not trying to loose it in front of my kids?. So I calmly thanked the gentlemen who kept apologising for me and even offered to put some air in the tyre :)?! Will definitely take my service else where.Here?s some advice: sometimes in life it?s all about the delivery?. Little did you know I would have cared less about coming in another day to getting it done because I don?t think there is anything more important than coming home to your family.I?ll also keep my £60+vat per tyre in my pocket which I?ll put towards buying more diamonds and pearls ;)
