Perfection every time! I?ve become a regular client of Bella?s, and not only are her nails faultless- her professionalism and communication is top tier. Her policies are fair, and I have not once had a negative experience. I receive countless compliments on my nails, and know that there is no other nail technician who takes more care in her work and clients. If you?re reading this having seen a negative review, I can vouch that Bella is never at fault and complaints stem from the client?s own mistakes. Thank you Bella! x

after having a bad experience myself i feel like speaking up on my nans behalf , my nan made an appointment 3 weeks in advance after i explained what her past nail history is . she turned up on time after travelling to town for this specific appointment she then got told that bella is 5 minutes behind and she wont be long. my nan then waited for 45 minutes to then sit down with bella and told that she cannot do my nans nail as she does not fill in ?other peoples work?. as you can imagine this is very frustrating as a woman aged 74 and very unprofessional to not discuss or mention this before coming in and waiting for 45 minutes . do not recommend very unprofessional

Do not recommend , Got my nails done by Bella hailey , after multiple sessions and her helping me start my biab journey after one session of me not liking them from having air bubbles she offered to fix but then never showed up to appointment then further didn?t message me to make another appointment then it got to a week so I asked for money off next time but got full refund now onwards she?s made out that I?m a difficult customer from my designs and fidgetness where as I had autism and ADHD and haven?t asked for anymore than a French tip and simple ring finger design. I feel very offended and won?t be coming back again

I had my bikini line lasered here, it was the best value I found and I'm really happy with the results! Jemma is professional and friendly, and was always flexible with appointments. I've also had my nails done with Bella, she's lovely and did a fab job!

I couldn?t recommend Colchester Aesthetics and Beauty enough!Jemma is a true professional and brilliant at what she does, my lashes always look amazing and so does my SMPU.Bella does my nails and she?s the best nail tech I?ve ever had, always so happy!Thanks ladies x

My eyes 24 hours after BECCA fitted lash extensions without a patch test. Whilst she admitted that it was due to the glue not being tested she took no responsibility. At no point did she offer to remove any remaining lashes or offer me a refund. As a result of no patch test, a medical examination revealed my inner eyelids to be damaged requiring prescription strength, twice daily eye drops for 4 weeks. My experience of Becca was that she seems only concerned about herself with little regard for her clients. I would, in the strongest terms, recommend AVOIDING THIS TECHNICIAN at all costs. Other services I have had at this salon have been exceptional. Particularly, Bella, who is the best nail technician I have ever know.

Avoid this establishment like the plague, staff turn over is rampanttherefore you do not have a consistent treatments of the same quality and you are not taken care of at all, the door is always locked therefore you are often left outside in the cold waiting for 10-15 minutes to be allowed in. The owner Jemma, is a cold and unwelcoming, she has been known to be be ruthless bully and this is the reason for the staff turn over, in addition to this DO NOT let you husband, boyfriend, or significant other attend with you or even drop you off, she is known to have no moral compass or decency and is known to try her luck with married men!!!! She has most recently been having an affair with her business partners husband in addition to bullying her and other members of staff out of the business.The salon is really unhygienic and unwelcoming - prices are extortionate. Why waste money in this knocking shop when you can walk up the road to brown and white, go next door, or alternatively walk a bit further down to Zoe?s Brow Bar, these establishments are beautiful, CLEAN, classy and you get a sense of comfort, relaxation, self care and value for your money. (Oh and you are surrounded by women?s women, who you can have a chat with during your treatment without worrying of the women is making notes on how to move on your significant other or going to talk about you as soon as you leave).

I cannot rate Cheryl enough! From her professionalism to skills to making me feel at ease. After meeting Cheryl a few months ago (for a very lovely facial) I mentioned that I have always wanted to get filler but am far too nervous about having it done. Meeting Cheryl changed that and today I had a very painless treatment with Cheryl which has already very much boosted my confidence so much! Cheryl knew how nervous I have been about this in the past but since explaining everything to me, allowing me ask any questions I had and not making me feel rushed atall (she even blocked out extra time for me so we could take our time!) I had a very pleasant experience with this. Cheryl discussed with me exactly what I would like from the treatment and allowed me to check the results half way through to reanylise if needed!I honestly cannot thank her enough and will trust her with my face any day ?Thank you so much!

After trying different salons I found Jemma and never looked back. My eyelashes are always perfectly done and love going back for my fortnightly infills, even if they don?t need doing. Jemma has never been anything but friendly, attentive and professional. I?d never go anywhere else. First class

By far the best salon in Colchester, I wouldn?t go anywhere else! Jemma?s lovely and amazing at what she does, she?s extremely skilled and professional. The salon is beautiful and always kept clean and tidy! The prices are great too x
