Most of the staff here are very lovely, there is one old bag in the morning looking like a bitpul who is so rude no customer service skill nothing it makes this shop the worst in colchester.

Overall its a handy little supermarket but I wish it sorted out it's paypoint issues as yet again its not working !! I got fed up with this last Christmas I had to keep walking further to the newsagents up round the corner....

Guy on till very fast and very helpful (Dominic) was very good help me find what I need just tock me down where it is where some people in the shop just say it down there on the left which is not helpfull but Dominic is very good he should be on the shop floor and not on the tills

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I have put 9 orders in for food, every time it gets cancelled very frustrating.
