Lovely experience today getting my daughters first pair of shoes. Excellent fitting service and we throughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and just made the whole thing really special. Thank you! ? ?

I had an awful experience today at Clarks. The staff were very arrogant and condescending, especially Sally B the manager who was very reluctant to honour my statutory rights to exchange a kids school shoe that broke after 10 days of use. I've never had an experience this bad with customer service, was treated awfully and would not recommend. Eventually, she refunded my item under "goodwill" and not my legal statutory rights. This kind of behaviour from any member of staff is outrages and unprofessional.

Hasn't got much to choose from including variety. 1st day, staff ok. 2nd days visit , staff not so good. Faces and attitude like they had been slapped by a wet fish.

Popped in on the off chance of buying new wide fit winter sneakers....sadly no wide fit in stock, BUT I did come across the most helpful staff member and I cannot praise her service highly enough. I had major foot surgery which meant that I no longer knew my "official" shoe size, I'd completed the old piece of paper measuring trick but was still concerned. This wonderful lady offered to measure me, obviously as a guide only, but this just eased some of my apprehension. She also explained that in some cases it is better to go up half a size to accommodate the width of my newly shaped foot! I'm gutted the style I wanted wasn't in stock but I will now order online with confidence.It's been a long time since I've had such amazing service, this lady was an all round superstar.

Maria was so helpful. I was trying to find some working shoes in the men's section. It's a bit hard being a woman wearing a size 6, but Maria was very patient and showed me all the possible shoes and gave me some insoles to make the shoes fit. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the perfect shoes, but Maria made the experience very pleasant.

Very good attentive service. Gave some very good suggestions and choices on top of what we was looking for, and spoke about other offers whilst we was there. Even when busy, gave us time and not pushy sales either... worth paying the little extra for.

Really happy with my experience at this shop. May was lovely, so helpful and patient while I decided which size was the better fit, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.
