Myself and my partner went to Carpetright Tollgate on the 28th just to have a look and met this lovely team member Simon who explained all the different options to us and really went out of his way to get to know what we was looking for. The next day after measuring we returned to purchase and Simon was there again and remembered everything we said.From the off set you could tell how much knowledge Simon had, explaining the best options to get the best wear and longevity from our purchase. In addition to this, he got us an amazing discount and made sure our carpet could get fitted before our new bed arrived as we have just moved!After this experience if I ever need carpet again I will be returning to Simon at carpet right.Would definitely recommend coming here if you need carpet!

Simon at Tollgate helped myself and my husband with our first carpet purchase. Simon is extremely knowledgeable and will give you great, practical advice. It is clear to see that Simon works incredibly hard and will go the extra mile for his customers. Everything was arranged smoothly and the fitting job was immaculate also. We will certainly return to order future carpets.

Had the pleasure of meeting two members of staff at Carpetright Colchester yesterday. A lady whose name I didn?t get and David. Both of whom I found to be friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Both gave the impression that they knew exactly what they were doing thereby filling me with confidence.
