They have collected a few items off our family the last few months and were ok but on the last occasion just after Christmas I arranged for them to collect some bedroom furniture they didn?t turn up and no one informed me. I phoned them up the next day the lady put the phone down on me even though I was polite during the conversation so I left an answer phone message to request a call back and I?m still awaiting that call Back in my opinion there ignorant ungrateful disgrace. If you wanna be messed about this is the company to go with

Edit: THREE TIMES THEIR DRIVERS CALLED ME AND DROVE OFF, WITHOUT KNOCKING ON MY DOOR.
Their drivers only care about having an eerly day. They call on a private number so you can't call back. Scum
Twice they failed to turn up for a bookes collection. I wasn't even told or contacted. I had a three seater sofa, a large solid wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All in very good condition. They will all go to another charity as this one can't be relied on and don't even answer the phone.

Instore service was amazing, Delivery was a let down, i pre warned them that the furniture was going up 2 flights of stairs which they agreed on purchase and paid for, on delivery it was left outside my property and the delivery men were extremely rude like to say i was putting them out! even though i had paid for the service. They left all furniture outside unattended and just drove off. Bad service !

Very unprofessional and unreliable people. Doesn?t look like public welfare is actually at heart of some of the volunteers working here. At the time of delivery, they were late and broke the furniture due to which had to return it. They also denied to pick up for donation same item bought from British heart due to the reason related to it?s size. Very Rude staff as well.

I'm waiting for them to collect my £ 800 wardrobe, two televisions, a tv unit, a picture and a pine unit, all in mint condition as I'm moving. I hope I've helped someone, my young grandson has a serious heart condition

Unable and unwilling to give even a rough/no obligation quote for a house clearance without viewing property.I was able & willing to give list of items in property, description of it & was fully aware any quote was subject to change once property seen but they weren't even willing to have a conversation about cost.

Good variety and quality of furniture available, even better prices. Excellent service, they packed the glass dining table and chairs we ordered (brand new) like a professional high-street furniture store, with bubble wrap, boxed neatly, screws tidy in their respective little bags, and not a scratch! Will definitely buy from them again!

I was surprised with the choices and size of the collection of furniture and appliances available to purchase at very reasonable prices. Most of the items where in good order and the staff were able to advise me of what and when new stock was arriving.

Great shop and a worthy cause ruined by snotty self righteous staff members that seem like they can't be bothered to be there and everything is too much trouble. Point in effect after purchasing a £240 wardrobe the female staff member was very upset at us she had to climb over other items of furniture to remove the price label. Also recently we arranged an expensive TV unit to be donated to them and was called the day before pick up and told that there would be a wait. We said that's fine and we were told very sternly that they are too busy but would take it if we delivered it to them ?

This shop is a great place to find good quality used furniture, and for a good cause. They have a pretty wide selection and good prices. Their customer service tends to be pretty bad though, with some (not all) of the cashiers having very poor people skills and not being at all helpful. One time I literally asked for the price of a piece of furniture I was seriously considering buying, and a staff member said they didn't know the price, then ignored my inquiries about finding out and turned their back on me. Another time I stood at the till for about 5 minutes straight while the worker texted on their phone right in front of me, without acknowledging me. When I said something, they looked up, then continued what they were doing. Finally when they were done, they slowly ambled over to let me make my purchases. Their customer service kinda makes you think they don't really want your money :') But if you can get past the customer service (which I believe is volunteers so that could be why it's terrible), it is worth it for the money you will save, and the research funded. Also, they do delivery for a decent price and the delivery workers were great :)

Helpful staff and a good selection of furniture. The only problem is, it's in the High Street, so it's impossible to park legally nearby thus making delivery necessary and you have to wait a while for a delivery slot. Still, much cheaperr than buying new stuff and just as good. Plus it makes money for a worthy cause, which is a always a bonus.

Great low cost furniture which is refreshed into a new home rather than throw in a skip, all towards a most important research in humanity so far to save millions of lives from biggest killer. Much respect and appreciation. Thank you all for all you do, i feel proud to have been volunteer here when i was younger at college. I hope to rejoin the team and help as much as i can in future when i am more financially stable and have more free time from paid work.
