My recent appointment at Boots in Colchester was by far the most thorough eye check I?ve ever had (I?m 51 and have my eyes checked every two years or so). From the moment I arrived to when I left, my experience was smooth and professional. Everything was well explained and I have come away feeling confident that l was in good hands. There is a good selection of glasses and lenses to choose from and there is no hard sell or up-selling to choose more expensive products, just an honest opinion and explanation of the benefits that some products have over others. It remains to be seen how the glasses I?ve chosen will work for me, but I?m confident that if there are any issues with them at the point of collection, the staff will sort them out for me. From my experience I would definitely recommend Colchester Boots opticians to others.
