Hardly ever has any prescription items in stock. Been twice this week for a pretty standard prescription item and keep getting told to 'come back tomorrow' as they haven't recieved stock yet. It's really not a convenient pharmacy if you work and I find it difficult to get my prescription from here. Even if they had a service to text you when your item is ready would be helpful like bigger Boots pharmacies offer. Staff are polite but the pharmacy side just let's it down sadly.

Excellent service, but what prompted me to write a review is that the staff are so friendly - happy to chat, and seem to know the majority of their customers.

Absolutely job worth the fact they actually close like 20 mins earlier then manager Danni coming up with lies for her staff I have every proof lights was off the shop was close now will be taking my complaint higher then the store manager with all my proof. You don't like fact you did wrong and cause me to have mental breakdown without my tablets I'm sure someone who higher then you would love see all proof I have I will not let this drop at all simple you can ignore my complaint I'm now taking higher then store manager.. disgusting behaviour..

I use the Tiptree branch because of the friendly, efficient staff. Theresa is really wonderful always so helpful and kind with a smile too. She is a real credit to Boots .
